What we collect
We collect the account details needed to sign you in — your name, email, and profile image from your authentication provider — and the workspace data you create, such as projects, issues, comments, and labels.
How we use it
We use your data to operate Runboard: to render your workspace, attribute changes to the right person, and keep an activity record of work. We do not sell your data.
Authentication
Sign-in is handled by Clerk. Your password and authentication factors are managed by Clerk, not stored by Runboard.
Data retention
Workspace data persists until you delete it or close your workspace. You can remove issues, projects, and members at any time.
