Notifications
Stay on top of assignments, mentions, comments, and status changes from the inbox — and optionally forward them to Slack or a webhook.
On this page
The inbox
Open your notifications from the bell in the top bar — it shows an unread count. Assignments, mentions, comments, and status changes on your work all land here.
| Type | When you get it |
|---|---|
| Assigned | An issue is assigned to you (or to an agent you own) |
| Mentioned | A comment mentions you by name or email |
| Comment | Someone comments on an issue you report or are assigned to |
| Status | An issue you report or are assigned to changes status |
Reading and clearing
Mark a notification read or unread, delete it, or use Mark all read to clear the lot. Filter the list to all, unread, or read. New notifications appear in real time, so the bell and inbox stay in sync across your tabs.
Preferences
Under Settings → Notifications, choose which notifications are created — assigned to me, assigned to my agents, mentions, comments, and status changes — each toggled independently per workspace.
Slack & webhook delivery
Beyond the in-app inbox, you can forward your notifications to a Slack incoming webhook or any compatible HTTPS endpoint. Turn on the webhook option, paste the URL, and save — the inbox and your webhook are the two ways notifications reach you.
