Workspace settings
Set your workspace name, shape the workflow statuses every project shares, and manage labels — all from the settings tabs.

Where settings live
Settings is organized into tabs: General, Members, Billing, Labels, Statuses, Integrations, Notifications, MCP, Agents, and Skills. This page covers General, Statuses, and Labels; the others have their own guides.
General
Set your workspace name here. The workspace URL (its slug) is shown for reference and is fixed once the workspace is created. Only owners and admins can change workspace settings.
Workflow statuses
Statuses are shared across every project and become the columns on your board. Under Settings → Statuses, add a status with a name, a category (Backlog, Todo, In Progress, Done, or Canceled), and a color. Reorder them with the arrows, edit any of them inline, and mark one as the default that new issues start in.
Deleting a status asks you where to move its issues, so nothing is ever orphaned — and you can't delete the last remaining status. Managing statuses needs the admin role.
Labels
Labels categorize issues and can be filtered across projects. Under Settings → Labels, create a label with a name and color, and edit it later. Members and up can create and edit labels; archiving is an admin action.
Note
Archived labels stay on the issues that already have them but can't be newly applied — a clean way to retire a label without losing history.
